1.Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?

Exchange policy only if we shipped your the wrong product due to our error and product is non opened. All other sales are FINAL.

2.May I return my order?

No. All Sales Are FINAL.

3.Why are Upscale Hair Co. non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

4.How do I make a return?

You must contact us first at (upscalehairco01@gmail.com) All sales are FINAL.

5.Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Upscale Hair Co. will not be responsible for lost returns.

Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you. All sales are FINAL.
